We are currently providing services in the Durham Region and Greater Toronto Area.

How can I get my media to you?

Send us an email through our contact page to arrange to drop off your media at our location.

We also offer delivery for a small fee, based on the distance from our office.

What kinds of media do you convert?

Can you transfer damaged media?

Though some damage is irreversible (for example, when a videotape has been demagnetized), we have successfully repaired and extracted data from damaged cassettes and tapes.

If there’s anything we can’t transfer, you won’t be charged the conversion cost for that unit.

What if my media is damaged during transfer or transport?

Due to the delicate nature of aging media, we cannot take responsibility for damage sustained during the conversion process.

How do I retrieve my files?

Once your media has been digitally converted, we’ll make it available for you to download via Dropbox or WeTransfer. We can also load your media onto a USB or hard drive for an additional fee.

You can pick up your original media by appointment at our location, or have it delivered to you for a small fee.
